Working to eliminate inequality between the two sexes requires a lot of effort, dedication, time and resources.

The ongoing campaign to identify such discrimination may result in a situation where it is appropriate to seek the opinion of a Judicial Review as to the legality under the Equality legislation.

This requires use of professionals and experts that we may not have in-house so have to procure the services of professionals on a case by case basis. This requires financing and can be risky in cases where we do not achieve the desired outcomes. All resources donated to the ‘Legal Fighting Fund’ will only be used for that purpose.
